The opening of the video gave a feeling of Tupac vibe for some reason. I'm not sure if that was done on purpose or not but I like that effect. The message from the song is strong and deep. Being a conscience artist from what I gather from this video is good . Hopefully all your music will be on the same vibe. Too many times I've seen artist create a positive message and the next song is slap this B***H , Sell that dope or bang those choppas.
Keep the dope visuals- I like it
"The People" is a song expressing how we as a people (all races, culture, etc.) should also look at ourselves and what we do that contributes to some of the issues we see going on in society instead of solely blaming politicians, police, or others for everything.
It addresses a variety of things such as choosing opinion over truth, the way we interact with each other through social media and calls for us to check ourselves and how our actions may help play into the different issues we see occurring. It's a message in love for the people, about us as a people, and to the people.
"The People" is featured on 2Ru3's debut EP "Alpha (The Beginning)" on iTunes, Google Play, Spotify, etc.
