Tony chase was born August 1986 in Tyler, Texas raised in the country he enjoyed horse and simple things in life. At a young age he remembers singing Whitney Houston alongside his grandmother in her astrovan. Raised a Christian he didn’t know rap or hip hop music until he was almost 6 little later in life. He enjoyed singing but never knew that would be something he would end up dropping out of college to pursue.
At the age of 9 because he didn’t get to play the saxophone his mother got him singing lessons while living in Ft. Worth, Texas. Soon after his mom and stepdad moved to California after Tupac Shakur passed away. Suisun city is where he first started freestyling on the streets as a young boy with his neighborhood friends.
then moving to Roseville, California at the age 18 him and a close friend would record songs on a pda or palm pilot on Fridays and Saturdays even weekdays that was there fun even though they didn’t show many people. Doing this led tony chase to recording his first in studio song titled watz the bizness in down town Sacramento produced by lee bannon a high school friend and it put him on in a different way in northern California.
his musical influences are linkin park, kayne west, akon, young jeezy, 112, Whitney Houston, papa roach, darius Rucker, t-pain, t.i, lil Wayne, nate dogg, 50 cent, boyz 2 men, and kid cudi cant forget Chris brown. even with his influences he would say he has no genre with his unique style wen you hear his voice he loves to make music to any sound that touches his spirit soul and body if he can reach it with his country, city and suburb life combined creating life stories which is fitted into lyfe muzik.this all comes from passion for making music that he loves more then what people want which gives him energy and life you never er fully know what he is going to do next.
currently he is releasing his project Diary of a Man with amazing heartfelt songs title heart daughter’s look at me now, you can be my everything and letter to my father. this tony chase is more then music.
