That was the first thing came to mind when I saw this on the news.
Either the person that gave the description to the sketch artist had Quez in mind or Quez need to turn himself in .

ATLANTA (CBS46) - Police are searching for a man accused of sexually assaulting a 10 year-old girl as she walked to school in southwest Atlanta.
The incident happened around 9 a.m. along Martin Luther King Drive near Mozely Park on September 29.
The girl told police that the man grabbed her from behind, dragged her along a trail and sexually assaulted her. She said the suspect told her he would hurt her if she screamed.
The mother of the girl is wondering why it took so long for police to release details of the incident. She was in tears as she described what she was feeling when her daughter first told her of the crime.
"I opened the door up and she said, 'Mommy, this man raped me'. Just the look in her eyes. I don't think i'll ever, I won't ever forget that day." CBS46 is not releasing the identity of the victim or her mother.
Atlanta Police say they needed the extra time for a forensic interview and to compile a sketch of the attacker.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has released a sketch of the suspect. He is described as a light-skinned black male in his early 20's with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan sweater with a white shirt, blue jeans and a white pair of Air Jordan tennis shoes. He also has earrings in both ears and a cut on his eyebrow.
Meanwhile, community activists are going door-to-door, passing out flyers in an attempt to locate the man responsible.
If you have any information regarding his whereabouts, you're urged to contact Atlanta Police or Crimestoppers at 404-577-8477.
