The Perfect Couple Cast and Characters

​Netflix is currently offering the miniseries adaptation of the ideal summer beach book.

The Perfect Couple, which is based on the same-titled novel by New York Times bestselling author Elin Hilderbrand, takes viewers to Nantucket, Massachusetts, where the Winbury family is throwing a sumptuous wedding at their oceanfront home, Summerland. But shortly before the bride and groom are supposed to say "I do," a body washes up on the property, and things take a terrible turn. All of a sudden, a murder investigation involves the whole family, and everyone is under suspicion.

Nicole Kidman as Greer Garrison Winbury

Nicole Kidman, who is considered the "finest actress of our times" by author Hilderbrand, portrays Greer Garrison Winbury, a well-known murder mystery writer and matriarch.

In 2002, Kidman was nominated for her first Academy Award for Moulin Rouge! then, for The Hours the following year, took home the Oscar for Best Actress in a Leading Role. 

Eve Hewson as Amelia Sacks

Eve Hewson portrays Amelia Sacks, the radiant bride who enters the Winbury household through marriage.
The Irish actress Hewson rose to fame as the lead in the Netflix psychological thriller Behind Her Eyes. She is also well-known to fans as Bono's kid.
She was previously connected to actor Max Minghella and One Tree Hill alum James Lafferty, but she is currently unmarried.

Liev Schreiber as Tag Winbury

Tag Winbury is portrayed by Liev Schreiber as Greer's devoted spouse and the charming father of the groom.
Though Schreiber has a long number of acting achievements, his roles as journalist Marty Baron and Hollywood "fixer" Ray Donovan are what made him most famous in the film Spotlight.
In July 2023, the actor wed Taylor Neisen, and a month later, the pair welcomed Hazel Bee, their first child. Together with his ex-girlfriend Naomi Watts, Schreiber is the father of two children, Sasha and Kai.

Dakota Fanning as Abby Winbury

Played by Dakota Fanning, the sardonic Abby Winbury is married to Thomas Winbury and they are expecting a child together.
At the age of six, Fanning began her acting career. When she won an award for her role in I Am Sam in 2001, she became the youngest-ever SAG nominee in history. The actress went on to feature in more high-profile movies, including War of the Worlds and Uptown Girls.
